You’ll also learn how to install and configure MS Project, as well as navigate its interface efficiently, including the ribbon, toolbar and view pane, and customize the user interface to suit your needs.
A significant part of the training will be dedicated to the creation of a new project. You’ll learn how to set the basic parameters, choose the appropriate schedule, define tasks with their durations and dependencies, and allocate resources (people, materials, costs) for efficient project management.
